“From setting the reservation, to getting pre-arrival guides, to a really nice facility, our experience was 5-star. The suite was very clean, comfortable, and well stocked. Honestly, we didn’t even need to go get additional supplies as we enjoyed the complementary coffee and such. Beds were very comfortable, and the location in downtown Louisville was walkable to every place we wanted to visit - often within a 10 minute walk. Stay here…you won’t be disappointed”
“Everything about our stay was perfect. All the rooms are tastefully appointed, and the hosts’ attention to detail in providing the little extras did not go unnoticed. The downtown location was a great choice for us, as we were near restaurants, sights, and convenient parking. The hosts were great communicators and very responsive to every inquiry.
