“Great! Absolutely beautiful place and perfect location for a little of everything. Close to Nulu, walkable to Whiskey row, easy parking and easy drive to most things. The place was clean, super cute and had everything you could need to have an enjoyable stay. Beds were comfy and the layout was perfect with plenty of space. Easy check-in and checkout. Please note that reservations during Kentucky Derby season are non-refundable after 7 days from the time of booking and a rental agreement is required to be on file before arrival.

Yes—we’re happy to welcome your furry companion! We allow one pet per reservation, weighing under 30 pounds. For the comfort and safety of all guests, we ask that pets are crated when left unattended and kept off the furniture. Thank you for helping us maintain a clean and enjoyable space for everyone!
Check-in begins at 4:00 PM (Eastern Time), and check-out is at 11:00 AM (Eastern Time). We offer convenient self check-in and check-out, giving you the flexibility to arrive and depart on your own schedule.
